Elizabeth Miller is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals to help them connect what is going on with their brains and bodies with their mood and behavior. Her style incorporates humor and is deeply collaborative; she works together with clients to set goals for therapy, and checks in periodically to ensure clients are moving in the right direction.

Elizabeth enjoys working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and work/life balance issues as well as professionals unsure of what their life and career trajectory look like. As a career changer herself, she understands the struggle of feeling unsatisfied at work. Elizabeth also has a passion for maternal mental health, as a mother herself who has seen countless peers and clients “suffer in silence.”

Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s of Counseling from Northwestern University. She enjoys reading, cooking, and listening to live music.
