Annie believes that providing a non-judgemental and collaborative space is essential to supporting individuals and couples in reaching their full potential and personal goals. She provides a safe and empowering environment for clients to explore ways to improve their life, relationships and everything in between. In therapy, she aims to provide you with the skills and strategies to use in real life situations for years to come.

Annie is a Licensed Social Worker who has been in the field for almost a decade. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Illinois State University and completed her Masters of Social Work from Aurora University. She believes in client centered therapy with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and is a Level 1 Gottman trained therapist. She has additional training in parenting therapy, including bringing home a new baby, maintaining relationships and sense of self during parenthood, building positive parent-child bonds and co-parenting. Her approach is eclectic to meet the needs of each client and couple where they are at and to support them with where they want to be.

Outside of the office, Annie enjoys renting books from the local library, binge watching true crime documentaries and spending quality time with her husband, daughter, son and rescue pup!
