Akilah specializes in working with high-achieving women who are navigating the complex pressures of success, identity, and daily life. Many of her clients appear to have it all together on the outside, while silently struggling with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, depression, or disordered eating. Her goal is to help them reconnect with their inner resilience, challenge self-limiting beliefs, and find sustainable ways to thrive—not just survive.
While she welcomes individuals from all walks of life, Akilah's practice places a strong emphasis on supporting those who face high expectations—whether internal or external—and who may feel isolated in their experience. She is committed to creating a culturally competent, affirming space where clients can feel truly seen, supported, and empowered.
Akilah offers both in-person and telehealth sessions and works from a holistic, strength-based perspective that invites clients to take an active role in their healing. Together, she and her clients work to clarify values, cultivate self-compassion, and build tools to navigate life with authenticity and joy.
