Kimberly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who enjoys creating a supportive and comfortable space for her clients. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Social Work from Bradley University, where she also completed double minors in Women and Gender Studies and Sociology. She later received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California, with a concentration in Children, Youth, and Families.

Kimberly primarily works with adolescents and young adults ages 10 and older through individual therapy, as well as family counseling when appropriate. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, stress, major life transitions, family conflict, school-related concerns, and executive functioning skills.

Her therapeutic approach is flexible, laid-back, and geared toward each individual’s own unique needs. Kimberly incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and talk therapy to help clients work towards their goals. Along the way, she also helps clients build a better understanding of themselves while developing practical coping skills they can apply in their everyday lives.

Outside of the therapy room, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her cat, Canela, staying active through strength training and walking, and trying new hobbies. Most recently, she has been learning to play golf!
