Lindsey Klepper

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

All PHC clinicians are highly trained and able to treat our clients that are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions and/or mood disorders. Please continue to explore our bios if you require a more specialized treatment plan.

Lindsey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with kids, teens, and young adults. She has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD. Additionally, she is especially passionate about helping those who struggle with self-esteem, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, school challenges, and relationship difficulties.

Lindsey approaches her sessions with empathy and humor, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable exploring challenges and creating meaningful change. While she primarily pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she focuses on collaborating with her clients to help them achieve their individual goals.

She holds a bachelor's degree in clinical psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a master's degree in social work from Boston College, where she specialized in working with children, youth, and families, and received a trauma certificate. Lindsey has worked with clients ranging from preschool-aged children to older adults in a variety of settings, including schools, public housing, and private practice.

Outside the therapy office, Lindsey spends her time with family and friends, catching up on her favorite reality TV shows, and getting lost in a good book. She is also a self-proclaimed “foodie,” who loves trying new restaurants or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
