Megan Madera (she/her) is a bilingual (Spanish/English) speaker and an experienced Licensed Social Worker. For the past decade, she has specialized in a range of areas including: prenatal and pregnancy, postpartum depression, anxiety and rage, infertility, grief/loss, NICU, immigration, bicultural identities, relationship issues, and domestic violence.

Megan specializes in providing therapeutic services to the Spanish-Speaking and Birthing Parent/Mom population. She is trained and certified by Postpartum Support International (PSI) and focuses on mental health during the prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum phases. Megan also provides support to couples through reproductive challenges, grief/loss and the transition to parenthood.

During sessions, you will dive into experiences that impact functioning, relationships, and overall well-being to create a collaborative plan to improve areas of concern. She uses motivational interviewing and strengths based perspective in her practice. In sessions, clients will walk away knowing they are the best expert of their experiences and Megan will be a guide to lead to a client-determined outcome.

Megan works with a strengths-based perspective with clients to identify patterns and continue to grow in their self-determination.  Therapy services provided in Spanish, English, in-person, and virtually.
