Olivia is a warm and collaborative psychotherapist who believes therapy should be a space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and comfortable being themselves. She approaches each client with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their individual experiences. Olivia works to create authentic therapeutic relationships where clients can better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and build meaningful skills for everyday life.

Olivia especially enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults working through anxiety and depression, interpersonal conflict, school and academic stress, life transitions, and emotional regulation. Olivia uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and motivational interviewing. She believes therapy is not one-size-fits-all and adapts her approach to each client's age, personality, needs, and goals. When working with children and adolescents, Olivia prioritizes creating an engaging and approachable environment where young clients can build confidence, better understand their emotions, and develop the skills and language to navigate challenges at home, at school, and in their relationships.

Olivia earned her Master of Social Work from Tulane University and has experience supporting adolescents and young adults navigating mental health concerns, interpersonal challenges, and significant life stressors. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys baking, taking long walks, playing pickleball, spending time with animals, and exploring Chicago.
