Noemi is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and emerging adults, with a focus on anxiety, depression, and relationships. Prior to private practice, Noemi worked in multiple levels of care, including the inpatient hospital setting and outpatient PHP/IOP, where she also gained experience working with issues like eating disorders, substance use disorders, and mood disorders. With this strong foundation, Noemi brings a well-rounded and adaptable approach to therapy. 

If this is your first time in therapy, or you’ve been in treatment for a while - Noemi strives to meet you where you’re at and create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and safe. Noemi draws from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and IFS, which allow her to tailor treatment to your individual needs, goals, and pace. Whether you are seeking to rebuild stability, build self-efficacy, or process trauma, Noemi understands that our experiences deeply impact how we view ourselves and navigate the world. 

Noemi received her Bachelors in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, and Masters in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. Outside of work, Noemi loves to read, spend quality time with her husband, travel, engage in outdoor activities, and watch sporting events.
