Adam is passionate about supporting adults, adolescents, and couples who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and major life transitions. He believes that therapy should be a safe and collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.

Adam holds Master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Sport/Exercise Psychology from Ball State University. He brings a thoughtful and authentic approach to the counseling process. His clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Humanistic Therapy—tools he uses to meet each client where they are and guide them toward their goals with warmth and intention.

Adam has experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and is especially interested in helping individuals strengthen their emotional resilience, improve their relationships, and navigate life’s stressors with greater self-awareness and confidence.When he’s not working with clients, Adam enjoys learning to cook new recipes, rooting for his favorite sports teams, and spending quality time with the people who matter most to him.Adam earned his BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is currently pursuing his Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) credentials.
